At iDiv, more than 450 employees at the main sites in Jena, Halle and Leipzig are researching the diversity of life on earth. The research centre brings together international scientists from various disciplines to find solutions to the global loss of biodiversity and develop sustainable approaches to nature conservation. The administrative software we designed and developed supports numerous tasks in event planning, project management and application and selection processes.

Event participants can be selected individually or in groups for e-mail communication.

The e-mail tool can be used to send personalised mass e-mails. The system works with templates and a placeholder system.

Event registration

Participants can register for events using a configurable form. Among other things, data on arrival and departure, catering habits and preferred accommodation can be entered.

With the powerful export functions, the data can be easily transferred to Excel and other formats for further processing or archiving.
