  • Calendly booking tool

    The biggest potential for optimisation was the introduction of an automated booking tool. ZAROF. employees save valuable working time every day by using Calendly to book and manage individual meetings, group courses and workshop. Calendly replaces telephone and email correspondence with clients and can be integrated into existing sites via simple links. A major advantage of the market leader is its customisability: the tool offers solutions for almost all eventualities.

  • New Concept

    The old website contained a lot of text and information. We restructured this in a joint conception process. The measures consisted of the elements content, UX and customer journey. The website had to be easy to use for ZAROF. employees. We achieved this by choosing the content management system Sulu.

  • Integration of Lottie Files

    The integration of animated graphics gives the website movement. Lottie files are based on SVG and are therefore much more data-efficient than GIFs. Animations are therefore displayed crisply on all devices and load quickly.

  • Interactive elements

    Interactive elements involve the users in the site. We implemented the graphic elements using CSS and JavaScript. To ensure that the elements also look good on mobile devices, they were adapted accordingly by our developers.

  • SEO Workshop

    Thanks to the Sulu content management system, ZAROF. employees can enter the content of their website themselves. In order for the content to rank in Google, we organised a workshop on search engine optimisation for four ZAROF. employees. The three-hour session included a brief introduction to the history and technical details of SEO and then explained how content for the ZAROF. website could look using concrete practical examples.

  • Contemporary design

    Based on the existing corporate identity, the designers at zentrumwest created a responsive web design that is well worth seeing: Selected fonts meet pastel tones, interactive elements combine with clearly presented information.
